At Baan Santhiya
Baan Santhiya Villas (total of 4 villas) each boast 3 beautifully presented bedrooms, all air conditioned and featuring artwork and furniture from the Chiang Mai region. The very spacious master bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, and a quaint balcony at the other end of the room – ideal for taking in a sunset.
Bedding Configuration:
- Master Bedroom – 1 King Size + 1 Single
- 2nd Bedroom – 1 King Size + 1 Single
- 3rd Bedroom – 1 King Size
- Maximum of 2 extra guests can be accommodated for a charge of 300 baht per guest per night including roll-away bed.

Private Pool Villas
Villas 2, 3 and 4 are all identical and side-by-side. They all have their own 3 x 4 metre private swimming pool.
Deluxe Private Pool Villa
Known as Villa 1, this is the former villa of the owners. It is the same design as villas 2,3 & 4, but also benefits from an extended, over-sized Western Kitchen, swimming pool with waterfall & Jacuzzi Bench.
